Redevilz
Hey all,Just wanting to know whether a 35L aquarium would be large enough for a small group of shellies 4-5. I am thinking either Ocellatus or Hecqui but open to suggestions.
Noddy65
Surface or ground area is more important...I keep all my shellies in 2' x 1' tanks with line of site broken into a few sections

Josh
I think Ocellatus are around. Multies are always somewhere. I haven't seen many Hecqui come up.

Redevilz
Thanks for the replies...The tank is 31cm long by 36cm wide by 32cm tall. Would this be too small and should I just get a 2x1x1foot?There are plenty of Hecqui, Multifasciatus and caudopunctatus around in Perth ATM, however, I have never seen any Ocellatus gold or black in the flesh here. daveho
i can vouch for the quality of noddys fish, ive bought occies from him twice and have gotten fry from them within a month of owning them, in a 2x1 i currently have 2 pair.. id like to reduce it to a trio but no spare tanks for a single occie fry hunter
