Ged
Another fantastic installment of Tanganyika Travels. Alex can you explain the setup of the test tubes suspended underwater on strings?
AlexJordan
Alright alright, I'll try to scrape together another video! That was going to be my last below water one (one more to come with lions and things), but I'll see what I can do.Ged, the tubes are my way of navigating between the colonies I am using. Normally I would use string, but in these areas the string is a pretty valuable resource for the local fishermen, so they always pull it up. Instead, I tie those tubes with sting to rocks about 5m apart to find my way around. Not foolproof though, because the visibility sometimes (often) gets worse than 5m!
