I have top filter that broken when its arrive and AOA replace it whithout me needed to send the broken one back. I still have it, just in case they want it back I believe, its just trust and open communication with AOA that solve it, not the post in the forum. Like Josh said, you should have payment detail to trace back the transaction. Good luck. Old Dave Posted December 8, 2012 Share Posted December 8, 2012 Just bought a new Eheim Air Pump 400 for my 400L Tank. Not impressed. It's quieter but it doesn't do the job as well as my Aqua One SR9500.The Eheim says 400lph max depth 2m and the Aqua One says 510lph.The pump sits on top of a 5x2x1.5 tank with valves installed,running a 4' air curtain on one outlet and a sponge filter and fry saver air lift on the other.The Aqua One is for a 100-200L tank whist the Eheim doesn't say.The 2 adjusters on the top of the unit seem to be a "rob Peter to pay Paul" system.I can't get full flow from both at the same time.The maximum flow I get from the eheim is about the same as the medium setting on the Aqua One.Eheim used to over engineer their pumps etc. I wish I had a meter to measure the flow. 2x 200 lph it aint.Had to look hard, but found it on the bottom of the box.MADE IN PRC.
