Batty
How long has the tank been set up, you may be experiencing new tank syndrome if less than 6 weeks.

Batty
you can wait another week or so or you can add some beneficial bacteria to your tank in the shape of water ager from your local fish shop
Wolfy
Or if you have other tanks you may be able to swap filter material/water/live bacteria from the other tanks.
E4G13M4N
Although guppys can handle higher temps temperarilly, it can bring on cullamaris(sp) they actually do better in temps 20-24o .. Plus i would be looking at the ammonia, nitrite levels as well since the tank is new. If you do decide to drop the temp, do it slowly over a few days not in one hit. GundamCichlid
GEt some cycle or stability seachem for increasing the good bacteria for better tank cycle. Move some media from other tank to help accelerate the tank cycle. All the best

dobbin4
What was you water ph etc, same as fish you put in? Sounds like you didnot cycle it for long enough or add bacteria from another sauce. I would not have the temp so high, 24 is fine for livebearers. From what you say about the fish something is wrong with the water. Moe info allways helps. Hope they continue to live.
