GlennC
Hi all As I was reading one of Ad Koning's books last night, to help me get through the auction at the NSWCS, I came across the titled fish. As a dither, what could be better or indeed more appropriate in a Tang tank? So, with respect to cichlid tanks, has anyone experience with this fish and does anyone know if there are many about in Sydney. I have read through this forum that they are apparently quite fragile. Maybe this is why they don't seem to be around? I wonder if they can be imported? Cheers Glenn

Link2Hell
They are a Tanganyikan Killie Yes they have been in the country, don't know what eventually happened to them they breed by lodging the eggs in rock crevases or cracks in the grains of wood Nice looking fish but the Killie specialists that obtained some had a hard time trying to keep and spawn them from memory Chris
dobbin4
You dont see many T killies around, as a dither fish in a tang tank ???? well you would need to be real cearfull what tang you put them with, cant see it being a great success. I've never seen them but Chris would know better than me.
