intern1
Just wondering what are some good pairing cichlids to breed in a 2ft? Just want to know some of your experiences what some of you have found easy and more difficult and of course was it worth the time and effort once you had to sell your fry? fry_2_buy
One easy fish to breed is the "convict" cichlid. They should do ok in a 2 footer and still be happy to breed.
Josh
I guess you want a fish that easy to breed and makes you money. If that's the case, you are in the wrong hobby. I wouldn't be breeding convicts in a two foot tank. Get some N. multifasicatus. They are a interesting fish to watch and breed relative easily. They also dont eat their own fry, so you wont have to worry about removing them to a separate tank to raise the fry. Josh
krellious
Kribensis, blue, gold or bolivian rams. alot of colour in these and fun to watch. But as Josh says there is no money in these fish. only enough to pay electricity and to buy more tanks... Unless you want to breed rare catfish
