what is the best food to feed fry

Whatever you feed the parents but in smaller size.

Use a pepper grinder.

I'd feed them powdered flake, good quality frozen blood worms for growth ( but not every day) and there are also some good liquid fry foods available at most lfs these days.

i feed them tetra colorbits..... i grind it up with my fingers..... and when the frys eat it u can see the food inside them

that way u can tell if they're eating :lol:

You can't beat new hatched shrimp it's just the cost compared to the resale

Just grind up good quality pellets and flakes .... for a commercial frt food Sera Mikropan is good

All good suggestions.

I normally powder up spirulina flake and Orca pellets for a good mix.

Baby brine shrimp will give good colour and growth in my experience.

However, you can't go past live foods and cultures.

I like microworms as the live food - nice and easy and cheap cheap cheap, and ground up/powdered adult food as the other food (this would be a mix of things). I use a ceramic mortar and pestle and this gets the food small enough for those little substrate spawner fry.
