Everyone does it differently for a different reason. Please stop assuming that those who think differently are wrong

but by dismissing my opinion, aren't you doing the same?

I stated my opinion & YOU jumped on ME!

Ash I did not dismiss your opinion, I simply offered an alternative. You have assumed that those who do not re-use bags are lazy or unco-ordinated. I've simply stated why I choose not to re-use bags. Go back for another read perhaps blush.gif

Where you are cutting them BaZ, I have no problem with as you are essencially doing the same as me (aclimitisation wise), except you choose to not reuse the bag, wereas I do.

Good, let it drop then yes.gif

what does timmy mean about his LFS cutting bags????

sorry didnt really make that clear, when i toke them some fish they didnt even try to undo the rubberbands they just cut it and put the fish straight into a tank.

when i bought my Synodontis cat fish my LFS used 12 fish bags because of his spikes spiking thriugh them and when i got home there were lots of little holes all around the bag

i used 1 bag, big bags but, and travelled for 4+ hours with my Synodontis. i didnt have one hole. must of been thicker bags.

thanks for the help guys, i have got some huge bags, perfect for what i want.
