But you're right, if he is dumb enough to drive around in a stolen van then we probably cant make too many assumptions about intelligence. Mind you we are also assuming it's a guy that stole it. Perhaps a disgruntled female stole it after finding out her lover was a bit of a .... COLD FISH in the romance stake r maybe he wouldn't leave her alone because he was too much of a GROPER I've got a never ending supply of these.
