I have emailed the following clubs and have requested accurate details regarding their club's meetings and special events that are currently planned for 2005. I will endeavour to keep these up to date and include other relevant information. The clubs included are Cichlid Related Societies and Clubs Australian Discus Society The Queensland Cichlid Group Inc N.S.W Cichlid Society N.S.W Cichlid Society Illawarra Branch Perth Cichlid Society Victorian Cichlid Society Incorporated Australian New Guinea Fishes Association (NSW, VIC and WA) Eastern Districts Aquarium Society The South Australian Aquarium Society Canberra and District Aquarium Society's Herpetological Societies and Clubs South Coast Herpetological Society North Coast Herpetological Society Macarthur Herpetological Society New England Herpetological Society Riverina Frog and Reptile Society Herpetological Society Of Queensland Queensland Frog Society Victorian Herpetological Society South Australian Herpetological Group ACT Herpetological Association Tasmanian Reptile and Fauna Club If there are other clubs that you would like to see included PM the details and I will follow them up. I have started the March Calendar with as much information as I have. If people are aware of problems could you PM and let me know and I will make the required changes. I support the ideal that we are an Australia wide based forum. If there are any I would like to add them. I am also after a Herpetology Club in the Northern Territory. Could you include something for the NSWCS Illawarra Branch meeting on the 13th. I have been asked to do a similar talk on Tropheus that I delivered at the last Sydney meeting so if you could add that to the date it would be much appreciated. If there are any newbies considering the leap into these darlings or any veterans who just require confirmation we would love to see them there. Once again a job well done.
