Not busy and too busy are both too stressful. Make sure you use ALL your lunch time. I'm only allowed 1/2 hour so I go to the gym next door and swim 1km most days. When you're at your desk, USE THE ACE FORUM (when your not working of course) In my case keep yopur mouse near the minimise button, for when unwanted passers by look at your screen.
