PHL
Prime does convert to ammonium i beleive, but ACN seems to leave no trace of either and i have had no problems useing it .. Yes, Prime is suppose to convert ammonia (released when the chloramine is broken down) to less toxic ammonium, then suppose to bind it in some way which is still usable by plants (they don't say, but they seem to be into some sort of organic binding of all sorts of substances). Not sure how the other one will work. Ah, just noticed you're in SA; the water is not even fir for human consumption!
