New tank!

No i havent seen much of a drop at all simply because i think there is a small amount remaining of coral sand mixed in with the play sand that im using. i was intending to change that and quickly because the ph was sitting at 7.0 - 7.2, but both my females spawned within 5 days of eachother. and ive got fry all over the tank now!! When i set up another apisto tank i will make sure not to have any coral sand mixed in with the substrate, ill use aqua soil, leaves and rain water and see how far it drops from the 6.0 that my rainwater sits on.

I can just say that i made 3 caves out of black plastic plant pots and a terracota pot, lots of wood, well hidden crypt leaves to spawn on, and they spawn and hang around the leaves constantly.

EDIT: oh and i have like 2 layers of leaves, all lapping over eachother and makeing caves and hollows. they really like this. im gonna try full layer of leaves on the bottom, see how they go next tank.
