lion head Posted September 17, 2012 Share Posted September 17, 2012 hi i have i have been buying some baby peppermints 2-3cm and now have a total of 8 in a 2 foot tank and plan to up size when thay get a bit bigger. but so far i lost one about a month ago looked to have skin missing from its nose and a puff eye and now have the same problem again but no puff eye this time but looks to have skin from its nose.is the biggest one bashing them up,or do i have another problem the others seem to be doing fine .thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

lion head Posted September 18, 2012 Author Share Posted September 18, 2012 Hi Lion Headwelcom to ACE forumsplease advise on these points so we can have a good idea of your set upwhat else is in the tankwhat are the water parameterswhat is the tank maintanence routinewhat filtration is the tank runningwhat are you feeding themhi sorry about the lack of info but it is a 4 foot tank divided is 2. four lion heads on one side and 8 peppermints on the other side biggest is about 5-6cm the others about 3-4cm the fish can not get to the peppermints.ph is 7.2 and the tank has a 2000 lph canister filter water change 1/3 per week and feed them zuchinni and spectrum and i also have drift wood in the tank.
