Advise on sick parrot

I am not sure what is this but it start as a swollen in the cheek and maybe get nipped by tank mates before I move it to the hospital tank on the next day.

The fish is still swimming but not eating

Currently only use epsom salt 1 tbs = 10L and Pimafix

Now being hospitalized in 3Ft std but only with 80L water

Done water change 30L WC on last Sunday.

3tbs epsom salt on Sunday

3tbs epsom salt on Monday

2 tbs epson salt on Tuesday

also use Pimafix since Sunday.

I have a furan2 on hand, is it necessary treatment with furan2?

Anyone has a better idea for treatment???
