anchar Posted November 29, 2003 Share Posted November 29, 2003 Hi all, Has anyone had probs. with the formation of (usually) a single reddish patch on the body of their electric yellows? I haven't experienced it with any other sp. and I'm wondering if it's specific to this species. I've had a few people ask me the same thing whilst working at the LFS. I researched it and the closest I could come up with was a bacterial prob. however water parameters were mostly ok and the prob. seemed to clear up without treatment. Are they being bashed or hurting themselves on rocks - I've never seen any fair dinkum fighting between yellows and surely they are not the clumsiest cichlid in the tank! merjo Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
