Ben Posted June 26, 2009 Share Posted June 26, 2009 Depending on the size of you tank and if it is just water change doses your doing or is it the first time adding salt to your tank. Myself, I put about 2lt of water in a bucket, add my salt to that water and mix it up. Add another say 5tl of water and mix a little more then put it into the tank. Back in the day I had the 220lt drums of water and just put the salt in there with an air stone and a powerhead running and left it for a few days.
