Cheers There is a plastics company that make it in riverwood (dont know the name sorry) they sell it for 30 - 40 bucks for a 120cm 60cm sheet! Try other local aquariums, they should have some on hand and will most probably part with some for you at a small price. When you get to breaking it to size just use a screw driver and slash it straight down the section you want off. Breaks off real easy.
