robfishfan Posted March 24, 2007 Share Posted March 24, 2007 hi guys ,i'm looking into geting a full co2 system and would like to know what you guys think is the best for a 150 lt tank with discus and small catfish , i don't mind about the price , well under $500 bucks and i dont want to put plastic drink bottles next to my tank , i would rather learn about co2 . so give me your ideas and if you can point me in the right direction. lots of cheers from rob .............. Alternatively, you buy all the components separately. Gas bottle, regulator, solenoid, bubble counter, and diffuser or reactor. You can purchase a good quality items for $500, so still under your budget. Where you can save is on the gas bottle. You dont need a "Aqua Medic" bottle, any gas bottle will do.
