hoges
Can anyone tell me whether clown loaches will eat some of the fry that I have swimming in the tank that they are about to go in?

hoges
they're only convicts, most of them are around 1cm. I have absolutely no chance of catching them all

hoges
one more thing.... they seem to like swimming over my plecco and look like they are trying to eat him. He's pretty big, like at least 6 times their size, they won't hurt him will they?
anchar
Hi hoges, I doubt it, clowns are not known for their aggression. I have a plecos in with my fronties and other quite aggro mbunus and they don't get hurt. Conversely I have really large clowns in with delicate spp. and they are fine. merjo

hoges
Well they've settled in nicely - they are a fish that I have never kept before. I have 7 in one tank, its funny 5 of them swim around madly together and seem to get a kick out of annoying my plecco the other 2 seem to spend most of the time hiding!!! I'm a tad worried cos I think my nearly aquired Jewels also think that they are clown loaches, they spend all day swimming around together doing mad things.
