spedwards
Nice! I had my old RD latch onto my finger, once she was lucky enough to hold on while I pulled my finger out of the tank and ended up on the floor
Ash
same fish bit a buddy on the finger & cut open that little fold at the first knuckle. funny as! He's so violent to people and fish these days, I hope in a larger body of water he'll calm down (when I get that huge tank one day )

bajfe
I kept my red devil with an awesome breeding colony of frontosa at a mates, to look after. The red devil was half the size of the fronties and he killed them. Not too keen on the old red devils!
Ash
that would have been you & your mate's fault, not the RD's fault. Would you put a wolf in a cage with a bunch of breeding jack russels?
Simonauv
Be thankful convicts don't get as large as RD! I had a convict male a few years back that latched onto one of my fingers and tore a chunk of skin off that drew blood too - mean b****** he was lol

10050460
maybe put your nose in the water and see how it goes! damn the convicts are tough buggers, they were attacking my other fish badly and so i put a pair in a 2lt coke bottle because i had no other tanks to put them in. i was going to take it to a fish shop and trade them in but forgot about them when i put it inside a cabinet while cleaning up. a week later they had babies inside the bottle. i was pretty shocked!
