Vanessa the Venustus
My Red Empress has swollen eyes, and is bloated. He hasnt eaten for three days, and just hovers in one spot looking miserable. I thought it may be pop-eye? Can it be cured? Is it contagious to my other fish? anchar
Doesn't sound good Vanessa..and without being certain what has caused it, you can't be sure if it's contagious. Check all your parameters and treat with an antibiotic. "Pop-eye" is such a general term and can be caused through many reasons. Melafix will help with the eyes but may not cure what actually ails him. Hopefully someone else can help you. merjo
Donbennie
separate the fish into an icecream container or something, then add the melafix
