YeW Posted December 29, 2003 Share Posted December 29, 2003 Hi - I turn my filter off... then lift the uplift tube out of the water vertically. Once this is done I remove the aquaclear from the tank and clean it in some tank water in a bucket. I don't get any food/waste etc back in the tank with this method.
