Skippy
Hi all, I saw a pic of Parachromis friedrichsthalii in the Jan photo comp and think it's a pretty good looking fish. I don't recall every seeing one in a LFS. Just wondering how common they are and what they are worth to buy. I'm no serious enough at this stage to put a EOI or WTB in the classifieds. chrisandelana
Hi They are around. After looking and asking at all the major LFS's for nearly 12 months I found some at Auburn late last year. They are able to order them and mine cost approx $20 for 7cm. Don't be too concerned by size as they grow very fast with a high protein diet and good water changes. Skippy
Thanks guys, I'm just thinking out loud at the moment. How big do they need to be before you can have a relatively good guess at sexing them?
