Sorry lucifer for giving you a ribbing, but why did you ask the question? Were you concerned about heat transfer? or some kind of electrical interference? I think fridge's are generally pretty well safe and water proofed. As for the heating via the back of the fridge, that should be negligeable. In summer, just room temperature would be more of a heat worry, and in winter it might even reduce your heating bill a touch I know a few people with fridges or freezers in their fish room and havent heard of a problem yet.
