nannat Posted October 18, 2004 Share Posted October 18, 2004 do you mean to buy and fit your own?from memory i think the biggest size used on the resun cannister is 19 mmand the smaller ones would be 13 mm.hardware stores have the clear plastic soft hose. roo Posted October 18, 2004 Share Posted October 18, 2004 make sure you use hose clamps, the tubiing in the hardware store is a fraction and I mean a fraction smaller on the outside diameter. Enough that the locking nut on the pumps doesn't grab as well as it could. ( still grabs, but IMHO not enough) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
nannat Posted October 19, 2004 Share Posted October 19, 2004 oh and on the fitting is another thread thet screws the taps to the cannister top i think.if this is turning as you tighten the nut to secure the hose the finer thread fitting will overthread and can crack the tap fitting.
