Kazaf
I have a few eureka reds at 5-6cm, one dominant male which is beuatifully colored. He is the one that is acting strange, when one of the eureka red is in one of my larger cermaic pots, she/he acts as she/he is removing gravel from inside and the dominant male is gaurding her (thats if it is a female). I know this because i've experienced this with my electric yellow's and the male, the same as the eureka red male he would scare away other fishes that come near the pot while the female is removing gravel. he acts abit funny when he enters the pot with the female. This action were the same as my electric yellow when they spawned and the exact location. Could this be a sign that they will spawn? should i help the female to remove some of the gravel (coral sand)? as she is quite small and i think will take too long. im afraid The eureka red male is becoming a threat to the tank..
