RonnyM
Picked up these guys two weeks ago Got them into the 6x2 and have decided to trial a light sand with dark rocks and dim lighting to see if they will still show their colours without having to use black sand.Looks like light sand still shows their colour Tanks mates are Electric Yellows, Gold Comp Mutondwe and a random crab I found on the beach that has lived in freshwater for over 2 months now lol.CheersRonny
Ged
Great photos once again Ronny. The third photo is a cracker but I really like the whole tank shot. The aquascaping whilst understated is perfect for the species that you have in the tank. Great job.
Ged
Are my eyes playing tricks or is that a freshwater crab in the tank?
RonnyM
Thanks Ged They are playing tricks on you cos it's actually a marine crab I found on the beach lol.I have a few, some were put in the sump, some were put in my 4 foot and this was over 2 months ago and they're still alive lol.A friend of mine said they aren't fussed on parameters but are very sensitive to quality so they are a good indicator of the water quailty AND they eat the fish poo
