pleasant man
don't know about nsw, but here in vic the pet stores/aquariums i've been to sell them for $4.50 and upwards - cheaper if you buy them in bulkyou could try bait/tackle shops, too - they're usually cheaper IMO - a guy near me sells them for around $3 a block (can't remember the exact price) and they're exactly the same brand as the blood worms i've seen sold in aquariumsi'm sure lots of other people here know lots of other places that are lots cheaper, but this should give you a ballpark figure
OziOscar
I agree - fishing tackle and bait shops have them for very low prices, as well as some other live fw and marine worms -often less than 50% of what LFS try to charge. Cheers - OziOscar.
edward
depends which brand you buy also too? There is cong's and hikari that I know of off the top of my head.cong's was like $6 for 3 from monaco last time I went there. Not sure of the size but it was the normal sized block I see everywhere. The bloodworms from tackle shops are usually bigger.Hope that helps.
