katanaone
does anyone know the substrates that would naturally be seen in the underwater environments for CA's and SA's, and while we're on the topic also the natural substrates for other african's other than malawi's and tangs? cheers
r.d.m
this is a refreshing topic and a question not yet asked! unfortunately i can only presume the substrate would be mud, wood and leaves ,although in fast moving streams plecos stick to rocks - if theres any geologists out there, they could probably tell us what sort they are! catfishLegacy
For all of the above-SAND!!! Especially the South Americans. The centrals might like a sandy-pebbly mix. From what I've seen in a few documentarys sand is also the substrate in the two rift lakes
