John McCormick
Hi Catcher, Not saying I'm correct but, I have never seen it spelt "Kandango" as far as I can find from some searching it is "Kadango". Have a look at the map via the link below this is a map from Cichlid Press. http://cichlidpress.com/safari/malawi/maps/southeast.htm It is marked on the map as "Kadango" And is listed in the VCS Cichlid register as: Copadichromis borleyi "Kadango Red" Regards John. catcher
Thanks John, Now I'm really confused. I was quite happy to be told I was spelling it the wrong way, but now it looks like I was correct. Oh well live and learn.
Guest Gutty
Hmm, maybe i'll pull my foot outta my mouth now............. Doing a quick google search, it would seem it's often spelt both ways. Anyone want to go to Africa and ask some natives ? Edit: some more searching would show that John is infact correct. I can find many fish named kandango but no maps. All maps show it as kadango. Thanks for the heads up John, and appologies for the misinformation Glenn
