Fish Fanatic 34
Hi ACE this is my first post and I am looking to get into cichlid keeping. As of now I only have a breeding pair of kribensis. I have been wanting to experiment with larger cichlid mainly African cichlid. I have gone to my local aquarium and one that has caught my eye is a neon Forrest jewel from the research that I have done I know that they are really aggressive. What I am asking you guys is mainly. Do I need a pair e.g male and female or am able to keep a single male or female. What are the tank requirements such as how long should the tank be and how many litres should I have. If I am able to keep a single what tank mates should I keep. If you guys could help me out with this it would be greatly appreciated.
