Is this Rhizoclonium Algae? How should I best deal with this?

See pictures. This is in an established but newly planted 5g aquarium. Stocked with guppies and cherry shrimp and various plants. The plants and driftwood are new additions. No other algae present in the tank after having planted 3 weeks ago. Normal weekly maintenance, daily ferts, 6hrs lighting per day, NO CO2. The algae growth started within the first week and has grown reasonably slowly but I’d like to remove or defeat it. I’m pretty sure it’s not BBA. It’s only growing on the driftwood. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
