Aquaman Posted May 9, 2004 Share Posted May 9, 2004 Hi Folks, I purchased some Val at the recent VCS auction and some stems have started to die off. I'm thinking that I need a new fluro tube, but just wanted to check - Does Val have any special lighting requirements or will a standard fluro tube do the job? Brett4Perth Posted May 9, 2004 Share Posted May 9, 2004 Val seems to get by with relatively little light , but will grow better if you give it more. One problem with Val is the leaves are often damaged with replanting and this can result in them dieing back. The new growth usually comes away quickly though.
