My Festae Progression Thread

I am hoping to grow a show fish, and thought I'd may as well make a progression thread for it. :D Hopefully it'll help with input as to what I could perhaps do better to bring out the best that can be.

To start off, here's the tank it is currently in.

It's an Aquael Marine Nano 30, though I swapped out the Decolight Duo for a Dalua BW 30. A tad bit brighter, which is to my liking. I have a 25w Eheim Jager heater, and the deco includes gravel, 5 small pieces of lava rock, 5 MarinePure cubes and 2 amazon swords.

I've added some cories and minnows as dither fish, and there's also 3 Convicts in there to give the Festae some company (and also something to fight with, if it comes to that.

It's around 4.5cm right now. I haven't decided on a name yet. Suggestions?

Once he grows a bit bigger, I'll move him to a bigger tank.
