Flycaster
Are there any prucedures that have to be undertaken before feeding compost worm to my fish? Or do i just give them a rinse and launch them in? Cheers
Chuckmeister
If your compost bin (tumbler) is in a healthy state then I cant see why you wouldn't just rinse them and toss them in.If they are smaller fish then maybe cut the worms up to reduce the choking hazard. You could also if you wanted fast them for a day or 2 so they flush clean (internally)Not too sure what sort of parasites (if any) or bacteria local earthworms can expose your fish to though. Live food can always carry a small risk I guess.

Yabbie Dabbie Do
Soak the worms in milk for a few minutes and they will spew all the crap out of them and then rinse. Thats what I used to do.
