brown algae

Just wondering if anyone here is always frustrated like me when they look at their tank, it seems that I'm constantly growing brown algae at the bottom of the tank near the gravel and on the crush coral gravel and everywhere around the overflow box..

I'm doing 15% water change every week. Currently ammonia is 0, nitrite is 0 and nitrate is 60 ppm and hints and tips in reducing brown algae ?

Reduce light hours, lighter feedings if your sitting on 60 for nitrates, 20 would be better, 25% water changes ideally.
