Red pectoral fin

Hi all,have electric yellow that has the base of its pectoral fin has turned red not sure of wat disease it is or how to treat it will b putting salt in tank shortly.Med wise will hav to get tomz.

Ph= 8.2,

Ammonia= 0ppm

Nitrite= 0ppm

Nitrate=0ppm

Tank mates r 1 frontosa,3 marbel peacocks,2 electric blue,2red top zebra all fish no bigger than 8cm.

Tank is a 4x2x2.5 deep,sub is crushed/coral sand & 20kg THR.

Filter is 3 stage sump. Thx for any advise.
