Hi All

I thought I share this video with everyone

just got back from fish shop after buying a tub of new era pleco pellets recommended to me by a couple of users on here

I got 1 pellet and cut in to 4 pieces and dropped it in

within 1 minute they all came out..

I spooked them a little turning the light on :(

Why ?

Try going direct to Facebook page maybe

Another well known brand is having trouble with pellets not sinking.

I can view your images okay, looks like your plecs love it.

No Lionel making comment cause I had an issue with nls new buckets around 80% float with this new formula they made

You come back 30 min later still floats you push them down and they float back up

I was told to soak them or use my fingers lol

The people with sumps will have more problem with amonia than I am :)

I done this video cause was amazed how quick they attacked the food for first time so I just used iPhone lol

Hi Lithoman, thanks for posting the vid.

Zigzagfish, we have not had any issues with the New-Era pellets sinking? They are soft and a little heavy so they should sink. If you are having issues, can you please call me directly on 0417388399. I know the algae and Rift Lake Green is less 'heavy' than the others because of the algae and vege component but sill they will sink.

thanks

Oh ok.. thanks.

also I don't have to irradiate this product as a whole anymore. Only one is the raw mussel ingredient and it's at minimal levels because it's certified for human consumption :) This will be done in the EU under much better guidelines!!

thanks again for your support :)

Did a bit of work and now it will accept videos posted on Facebook. Just copy the location add it to your post and it will automatically pick up that it is a Facebook video and use the correct media tag. I have posted them up here and in your original post.
