Peacock female dominant

Hello, i have a female OB peacock with 2 (now 1) electric yellow, 1 male OB peacock, 1 female or male firefish peacock, 1 female or male red runbin peacock, 1 red fin kandango & 1 hongi labidochromis.

Is it possible for a female OB peacock to be the dominant fish? It always chases the OB male and red fin. All fish are 3cm - 6cm.

Today 1 electric yellow was found dead with its eyes gone and fins nipped, from what i've watched this fish didnt usually get chased but did annoy alot of the fish. Would it most likely of been the hongi that killed electric yellow or female peacock?

The hongi is usually abit nippy and does chase at times, should i remove him or peacock?
