tootie
Hi Folks,I have just removed a dead demasoni from my ngara's mouth with my fingers. The problem is that the Ngaras mouth now won't close and he basically looks like he has a "thick lip".Is there any treatment I can give him - I'm sure it can't be too comfortable? Will it eventually heal itself and return to normal or is there anything I need to do?I would appreciate any feedback from people who have also experienced this or have knowledge of what I should do.Many thanks.Shirley
Yogie
I'd say wait and see for a few days.I had a zebra that lost a lip locking contest and it looked like it had a dislocated jaw. It eventually healed itself. Just keep up the water changes.hope that helps.
