M.H Posted November 13, 2011 Share Posted November 13, 2011 Yesterday I noticed one of my female rostratus swimming funny she is doing backflips and 90 degree angles just by looking she doesn't seem right other tankmates are 1 male and 1 female rostratus and a big male frontosa water conditions are all good and didn't notice any torn fins or missing scales anyone experience something similar please advise what to doThanks in advance Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
malawi sand diver Posted November 13, 2011 Share Posted November 13, 2011 I have seen my female rostratus do some weird things as part of their normal behaviour like swimming at odd angles, but never for very long and the female's health is fine.But if the problem happens all the time, could be a problem with the swim bladder. Check out this video, you may want to get the styrofoam out (only joking) not sure how to cure swim bladder problems, it may sort itself out.
