Saroon
I bought two Bolivian Butterflys recently for my comunity tank, and over the past few days I have noticed that my Flame gourami has grown rather agressive, mostly towards the two butterflies. He goes out of his way to chase them, its as if he has suddenly snapped. I have had him for over a year and he hasnt shown any signs of agressive behavior, he just must really not like the Butterflies. The tank is 2ft x 1ft x 2ft, planted and has lots things to break line of sight.I'm thinking about giving them till the end of the week to settle and if they dont set up another tank for the Butterflies. I dont want them getting overly stressed and showing their colours
Ged
Flame Gouramis are generally a peaceful fish but some individuals can be aggressive. If he has been peaceful in the past with the other community fish I suspect that things will settle down.
