They havnt even been put up to be placed on the noxious list, other leaf fish have been put forward to go on the noxious list, which hasnt been passed yet, but they are not in Australia either that i know of, guess they are just making sure so that they dont turn up.

But the leopard/bush leaf fish, can not be imported but can be kept under the present laws ;)

To clarify what may finish on the noxious list which hasnt been passed yet are,

so can be kept at the moment until laws are changed, i am unsure if any of these are here anyway ?????????

Ctenopoma argentoventer........ Silverbelly ctenopoma

Ctenopoma kingsleyar ............ Tailspot ctenopoma

Ctenopoma multispine ........... Manyspined ctenopoma

Ctenopoma muriei ................ Ocellated labrynth fish

Ctenopoma nigropannosum .................Twospot climbing perch

Ctenopoma ocellatum.............. Eyespot climbing perch

Ctenopoma weeksii ............. Mottled ctenopma

Now the

Ctenopoma acutirostre ..........Leopard/bush leaf fish

is not included however i have seen these sold by certain private wholesalers under different scientific names which may confuse some shops that do not know what they are buying.

Hope that clears it up more
