intern1
Does anyone have a specific program in terms of feeding and water changes to stimulate breeding in the Bristlenose catfish
Citypainter
I found that they breed in dirty water more readily. I think a drop in temp can often spike them too.
YAL05T
Remove the barnacles and add some driftwood, lower the pH, move the caves around so that current passes across the front, what size tank is it? Are there adequate spawning sites for all the males or are they fighting for premium spots. I feed mine on omega one shrimp pellets to condition them once or twice a fortnight. I breed enough BN varients and other L's to keep most of my lfs stocked and the info above is based purely on my experiences. Best of luck, Brett
