oz_gooner
We have got our first batch of saulosi fry in a grow out tank and have been feeding them brine shrimp for the last 2 weeks. My question is how long can we feed them this for and what do you guys recomend feeding them when it's time to change. Any info would be great. Wrangers
I feed my fry baby brine shrimp and decapsulated brine shrimp eggs first up. When they are large enough they move on to being fed adult brine shrimp, crushed flake and NLS grow. Basically I feed them the sort of food that is the appropriate size for them to chew and swallow easily.
Citypainter
I bred lots of fish in the past including most common Africans. I never even bothered with brime shrimp. I always fed them the same as the parents ate, just crushed smaller. I had very good success.
oz_gooner
I will start to add some crushed pellets in with the brine shrimp. Almost out of the smaller pellets and was going to change to NLS anyway. Thanks Rob
