bartek Posted March 26, 2009 Share Posted March 26, 2009 From experience it will eat anythign left on the bottom of the tank including algae wafers and left over food. Most feeds at night so thats why would have never seen it feed. I use to keep 2 in a community tank and only caught them on occasion eating if I was still up late and there was jsut enough light to see into the tank. Hi just wondering waht to feed my whiptail. Cheers i have seen them eating algy discs , and go along the the sides of the tank as other cat-fishes do also over plants drift wood so there eating algy also fish food thats left on the bottom of the tank if they look aright growing then you should be ok mine are doing fine cheers kelvin Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
