Lonx
Mine used to go for flake as well... otherwise live blackworms were his favourite
E4G13M4N
Live blackworms are their main source of food, some will take to earth worms and a few to brine shrimp, the majority will completly ignore dried and flake foods.. From my experiences.
gianniz
wow i went out and caught bunch of worms today (thanks rain). I found a little tiny guy and tonight I saw my eel tail swimming around even when the light was on all day. So I drop the little worm after washing it in water. Down it went crawling in the sand, ready to borrow!!!! i was gonna put my stick in to stop it, but suddenly out of no where my 5cm eel tail catfish comes flying towards the worm! tries to eat it and has it half hanging out cool, but then it got even cooler!!!!! my eeltail comes along and grabs the other end and it sucked it right out the eel tail catfish mouth!! it was like watching "lady and the tramp",. I know what I am going to be doing when its raining
