klw Posted August 4, 2008 Share Posted August 4, 2008 hello,i have had a colony of e.yellows in a tank for 2 years with no probs/sickness etc.good filtration,clean water and perfect water parameters.now i have put 8 duboisi babies in 2 weeks ago,some are local bred some are imported.now a few days ago a big male yellow died suddenly.i noticed a few days earlier he was not chasingother fish out of his cave and his eyes were very starey all the time and he was not looking at food at all.i checked him thoroughly and could see no mark at all on him,now a few days after that,one of the import babies 3cms long is showing identical symptoms to the yellow,swimming very lethargically and starey eyed and hides when i feed them.all other fish are active.could anyone shed any light on this for me please????water parameters are fine,and have been feeding nls cichlid and nls finicky,tried spirulina but they wont eat that. thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
