hey guys, new to this forum but it looks awesome, so i thought i might ask a question.

im getting some multies this week, what does everyone reckon on tankmates?

atm i have some afras and saulosi, would they be suitable?

this is the third time iv kept shellies, but the others werent really serious goes and i would really like to get it right this time!

any help hugely appreciated,

You need host colonies for Synodontis multipunctatus (multies of the catfish world), you need shells for Neolamprologus multifasciatus (multies of the shellie world)

haha.

my bad guys. and yes, it was the catfish i guess i heard being referred to.

let me rephrase and try again: would afras and saulosi be a suitable tankmate for shellies, or is it important that they have the tank to themselves?

thanks again guys. sorry about my mistake, have fixed it up in title and prev. post :p
